1. Meeting was called to
order by: Robert Causey to start the meeting at 12:38pm

3. Treasurer Report:

4. Secretary Report:
Gwen Nichols:Motion made by Charli Chandler, 2ndby
Jackie Smith to accept secretary report as written, passed.
Old Business
1. Spoker Run: Flyer information:
Make sure all chapters get information into Gwen so she can get it in the state
calendar.
2. Bonfire In the
Styx’s: Robert told everyone
thank you for coming a supporting this event. Please see Gwen for Report.
New Business
1. South Piedmont: Is closing they
cannot get any support from their members . They are turning in their charter
tomorrow.
2. External Hard Drive
for Gwen: Robert is asking for
$50.00 from the Central, and the other half from the Triad Chapter, to help
Gwen with keeping the information for our meetings. Motion made by Mike Mohan, 2nd by Charles Holcombe,
to help get a external hard drive, passed.
